A Country Wedding in the Hills

Alli and Ryan met in school, but it wasn't until later in life that they found their true connection. Surrounded by family and friends, the couple tied the knot this past weekend at Giracci Vineyards and Farms.

The day began with the girls gathering for hair, brunch and laughter, while reminiscing on their past adventures and the ones to come. The bridesmaids put their DIY skills to the test, helping Alli make her dream come to life. This group took DIY to the next level, creating custom table numbers, escort card boards, signs, and a pallet wall, as well as a custom bar built by the bride's father. Even the cake was made by the grooms aunt!

The ceremony was intimate and surrounded by 200 year-old oak trees giving an intimate feeling to the beginning a wonderful evening to come. The couples boxer, Lexi, wore a garland of baby’s breath and walked down the aisle to start things off. After committing themselves to each other, they sealed special letters into a box which they will open on an anniversary down the road. Sealed with a kiss and cheers from the crowd, Mr and Mrs Carroll took their first steps down the aisle as husband and wife.

Guests made their way to cocktail hour to play lawn games, snack on tasty treats, and to enjoy a live guitar and vocals performance from a close family friend.

With the smell of BBQ in the air, guests moved into the reception space surrounded by lights and flower drapery. A truly county affair had all the guest in boots, ready to get their boogie on. After a fabulous meal  from Canyon Catering, guests got down on the dance floor to all the country favorites, keeping the dance floor packed until the very last minute. Alli’s favorite moment was announcing their surprise Root Beer Float station for dessert, as Root Beer Floats were a special past time for her and her grand father, who is no longer with us. To honor his memory, cowboy boot glass favors were given to each guest to fill and enjoy at their leisure. The night continued with laughter, line dancing and love. What a night to remember!
