I was on my way to a career in a medical field when some friends got married.  They did not have a big budget, in fact just the opposite.  I was 19 and I volunteered to help them.  I got more enjoyment over finding inexpensive favors than anything I had done so far in the medical field and a career was born.  Imagine how much fun it is to be an integral part of a person’s happiest day.

So, I changed my focus and began my studies in earnest, beginning with my degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis in meetings and events at San Diego State.  I also have bridal consultant certificates with Penn Foster, ABC (Association of Bridal Consultants) Certified Bridal Consultant and Best of Wedding Wire 2012 just to name a few.

I have been approved to work in such prestigious locations as The Richard Nixon Library, Soka University, Pagent of the Masters, Ocean Institute, Segerstrom Hall, The Ritz Carlton, Ojai Valley Inn and Spa and a host of other sites with preferred vender lists.

I can honestly say, I love what I do.

Nicolette discovered her passion for weddings in 2013, when she helped plan her cousin’s big day. Since then, she has been thrilled to create beautiful moments for brides and grooms throughout Southern California. After studying Public Relations at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film & Media Arts, Nicolette has used her experience, creative flare, and attention to detail to create elegant, one-of-a-kind weddings.

Nicolette focuses on the Orange County and San Diego regions. Her favorite weddings are those that include laughter, and a touch of the couples personality! Her favorite moment is when she sends a bride down the aisle, knowing the “first look” is just a moment away. Her favorite wedding  locations include romantic, outdoor venues, where a bride and groom can celebrate under the stars.

For Our Furry Family Members

We met in a parking lot off a crowded Southern California freeway on Valentine's Day. I admit it was a Craig's List shelter hook-up and I was a little nervous at first, so I brought some girlfriends with me to be sure. But there he was, all cute and fluffy... it was love at first site. Who can resist that face?
